Name this fighter for me?

okay this is not some sort of sontest, and i dont want ti turning into everyone posting ranom games to screw with me, but i need to know the name of this game. all i know of it is as follows:

Arcade Game
2p Vs. Fighter
Came out in late 80's early 90's
minigames had you beat up a car or break a rock into a statue.

thats all i know, i played it over 10 years ago, and idlike to remember what it was (for mame of course)

The car and rock make me think that it's Street Fighter II. I could be wrong, but I think that's the game.

i thought it was SF2, but i wasnt sure. i clarified that it was a one on one game, not beat-em-up

theres a mini game in street fighter II that has you beat up a car. there is no statue mini game. there is a barrel mini game though where you have to hit as many barrels as you can before they roll off the screen. those mini games rock.

There is no statue in SF2 - there is only the lexus and the flaming barrells.

Street Fighter II had the car thing, but i don't remember a rock/statue...

I remember having to kick and break falling wooden barrels, though... that was SF2.

Maybe you're getting two games mixed up...

I'm pretty sure it is the game with the guy with the big jello hands that looks irish. And the last boss looks like silver surfer, but he morphs into all the other characters.

maybe i am mixing two games up, but is it possible it was one of the dozens of different versions of SF2? cause im nearly positive they were in the same game. again, i could be wrong. thanks guys.

SF2 or any other SF that I remember had a statue.

I'm telling you it is that game with the irish guy in a green robe whos attacks were big glowing jellow hands and feet. There was a car in that game and a statue I believe. There was also another charater whose hands would fly around and choke you.

Can someone tell me the name of this game?

As far as the statue goes...I don't know about the arcade version, but I know that the Genesis version had a minigame where you had a brick wall you had to demolish. I was assuming that that's what he meant by the statue; I've been wrong repeatedly, though, and odds are that I am here.

And the irish guy's grab move was litterally a grab move - he would grab you with his giant yellow, glowing jello hands and squish you and laugh. It is hard to forget that laugh cause you could hear it throughout the entire arcade.

Then again, that may have been added later on in the series...I know it's in Alpha 3, but I can't remember what other games it was in...

bison did not glow in sf II. i dont think even his psych crusher glowed back then.

Yeah, but you can't compare bisons to the irish guy. They are two totally different things. Bison had energy glowing from his hands and the irish guy literally has gigantic yellow glowing hands that took up half the screen.
