So I have a DS... and I'm quite happy with it (as you should know if you look at my posts...). Come to find out, I'm a student who has a job... so I get money back from the government! Huzzah! I'm getting $131 dropped into my accound within the next 13 days...
So I'm thinking... that would be HALF a PSP! sure I don't need another handheld system... but its so friken COOL! I don't need three gaming systems... but I have them... and its a similar situation because PSP and DS ports will probably be slim to none. So, convince me one way or the other... buy a PSP or don't buy a PSP (and if its the latter GIVE ME SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE MONEY!).

I'm glad so many people like pie.
Don't buy a PSP. It just isn't worth all that money. I am getting one but only because after the TRU\EB deal I am getting it for free.
EDIT: OH yeah and I like pie.

Hell. No.
Save your money. You need it. You've got a DS. PSP is nothing special... yet. Get it when it drops, not for $250!

Save your money people... a little patience goes a long way. I'm getting back just shy of $5,000 and I'm still saving up for a PSP a little at a time... I will, however, use $15 or so of my tax return to buy some pie.... mmmm.... pie.....

Tax refund = PSP and Trip to tokyo =)
And I have a DS and I hate it which is why i'm sellin it. But I guess if you love it you don't really need to get a PSP. I've figured you really only need 1 handheld anyway.

Dude, don't do it! You've got a DS now- just save that money so If you stumble into a good find, you can afford it! Nothing sucks more than finding a good price on a rare game and being broke. (This coming from someone who missed Phantasy Star 2 at $7 and Suikoden 2 at $30 for that very reason  )

Actually, I would be thinking something like "Man, I sure am glad I've got an extra $300 in the bank and didn't waste it on a PSP. Now I can buy some pie."

I say stay off the PSP, if you can hold off on it. I barely even have time to play the DS, less time now since its finals week, so a PSP won't get played that much anyways.
Also you shoula do what I did and claim the exemtions on the W-4 so you don't have to have taxes deducted through the year. Makes for bigger paychecks throughout the year.
And Yes. Pie is good. :D
