I'm trying to avoid trailers now because trailers sorta spoiled SH:C for me. I didn't get into that game as much as I'd like to be.


EDIT: Watching the spell, with the grim reaper emerging from the circle, that was just awesome. The monsters and the environment looks great too.

I hope Midway picks this up. [-o< I heard that SH:C's sales weren't all that stellar. Really very surprising, considering the critical acclaim that SH:C got.

Looks to be more CG oriented, hopefully they transitioned it well, like SH:C, and not like Final Fantasy X. The music (well, that little rock number when Shania was falling) sounds amazing too. Hopefully it'll be more varied between towns.

I'm gonna get the SH:C Director's cut if I can find it cheaper than cost. :)


EDIT: I have a theory that this isn't a direct sequel, more of a spinoff (Like SH was to Koudelka). Maybe that's why they decided to name it SH: From the new World rather than SH3.

yea its spoiler free, just shows two of the characters. and one *thing* thats in the other two games. the article itself mentions some stuff plot wise, but nothing crazy.

i also just noticed neither of the two characters in the trailer have red eyes, if you know what i mean

Hopefully I can get my hands on the CG scene where Yuri and Alice are talking on the trains. That's one of the changes from the normal edition to the DC.
