Friend of mine found this. I don't recognize the company so I don't know if they are reputable or not. If anyone has ordered from them or knows anything let us know.

Yeah...this looks a bit suspicious
The site itself looks sketchy, but upon clicking on the rebate form, the address where you send the rebate seems strange

Update:
Well, the fools did sent me the package, days after I told them to cancel the order! These people simply do NOT listen to the customer. Now I will have to refuse the package upon arrival. They better give me a refund, or I will report them to the Texas police.
Update:
I just sent a complaint to the Austin Police Dept. as well as the BBB. I refuse to accept any overdraft charges and or re-stocking fees from this fraudulent company.
Damn that is some pretty bad customer service.

Yeah, definitely better to order from FYE or Amazon for $150 and get free shipping. Only $25 more than this site and you don't have to worry about getting scammed.

Try FYE.com. I ordered my Ps2 from there. Free shipping FedEx. Ordered it on the 9th and got it today.

Thanks all, I guessed as much but my friend is new to internet buying and wouldn't believe me when I told her the site looked pretty sketchy. I'm having her read your responses so she'll see that others don't trust them either.

If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Although I have seen Spec quite often have consoles for 30 bucks lower after rebates, but I would trust them way more then an online website.
