Got this deal from another forum, in store or online:

Metal Arms (XBOX) - $19.99 at Best Buy
(Linky please, mods)

I just called my local Best Buy and they said it has been discontinued from their computers, so this is another one of those "grab 'em while you can" deals. My Best Buy didn't have it in store so I had to take my chances and order online, but some of you might be more lucky.

It's 19.99 at EB's site too (all versions) so it's nothing to get into a car accident racing to BB about. Still, if you can get it with a GGC for 15, that's pretty good (though not as good as the 9.99 AR it was a month or so ago.) Great, great game, BTW. The difficulty level may put off some people, however.

The Xbox version has been stuck at $29.99 for some time now, only the PS2 and GC versions are at $19.99 at EB.

It's a good deal for Xbox owners (like me).

Well I'll be, still $30. Huh. Well, I'd still recommend the GC version, if possible. It apparently lacks the obnoxious tearing problem the Xbox version has, which can be distracting.

actually, bestbuy.com is still selling the GC version for $29.99, as is my local store. sucks, as I'd rather have this version if the XBox one has that strange visual problem that happens while you're playing it.

Absolutely. Be very careful of this. I'm glad I rented this game first because while it seemed cool, it got REAL tired of "walk into room, get swarmed, kill everyone, walk into another room, get swarmed, die, reload".

Sadly I heard this game made like no money and they aren't planning a sequel. Another game could have been through the roof.

Actually I checked their website and the developers recommend buying the Xbox version. The graphics are BETTER.

There is screen tearing, but it doesn't affect me. Buy this game based on what controller you like best for 3rd person shooters.

The GC version plays fine. It gets a little choppy in a few really busy areas, but it's fine otherwise.

Wish it had a 1st person option; really useful in splitscreen when you can't see anything but the back of your bot.

Just get a version of it! The game's great and the dev's need your support!

I bought it when it was $50 and I don't regret it one bit :D

Went to BB today and they didn't have any copies for xbox, not even the little tab on the racks was there. I'll try to find one at another BB.

I ordered online and to my amazement it already shipped! Best Buy is fulfilling their orders on this one it seems!

So try that route if you can't find it in store.

The framrate in some areas are a bit better in the box version, but that screen tearing is so god damn annoying. Seriously, its like a bad PAL conversion or something. IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE, get the cube version, and then pick from either PS2 (grainy, less polished graphics) or Xbox (GD screen tearing). They're all good, but there are differences

no dice on the XBox version at my BB. given what everyone keeps saying about the tearing, I think I'll just get the GC one when it hits $19.99 and not worry about the other graphical and framerate differences.

If your wondering what im talking about the tearing, just play the demo, its in that too. It happens about every 4-5 seconds, and really shows when a lot of explosions are going on.

I didn't think the tearing was that bad. It didn't bother me that much. Its a great game regardless.
