trouble w/ logitech cordless action

i've had my cordless action since christmas and the "X" button has recently started to stick

has anybody else encountered this problem?

any tips on how to fix it?

and has anyone ever dealt with logitech support? is it good?

I have the logitech cordless xbox controller and it's still good as new for me. Such a great controller!!!

Eh, mine was fragile and broke after two days.
