you can edit titles to topics, but it won't show up as a new title when viewed from the forum.

Is there a reason why the smileys don't appear as they used to by "manually" inputting them?

:D = Should show the very happy smiley
Is there anything you can do about this Cheapy? It's a little tedious to go through the list of smileys when you don't need to...
