Psychonauts:
Good: More psychedelia than Spencer Gifts
Bad: Some compulsory collecting
Dysfunctional Dialogue: "I work in excrement."

UC2: TLC:
Good: 40-some mode-specific maps
Bad: Sword-to-sword combat is sort of clunky
Mortal Kameo: Mortal Kombat character Raiden is unlockable

Thanks for typing that up...Too bad he's wrong.

This guy must bitch that Tetris takes too long to get to speed up.

Sure, they could have varied the level order in Challenge mode, but it still works fine the way it is.

Dumped by Microsoft, yes, but they decided to press on and got picked up by another publisher (there was a lengthy piece in one of the last few issues of XBN about this).

If sales are anywhere near as good as the scores this game's gotten, they'll really rub it in the face of Microsoft for bailing on this project.

Wow, Psychonauts did really well; eights and a nine all the way. I hadn't expected it to do so well.

And hurray!!! Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga recieved 8 all the way. I haven't played it yet, but that's an awesome score. God of War did extremely well as i had expected.

Hopefully it will do well. I know that Phantom Dust was also dropped but picked up by Majesco and I believe it has been doing fairly well for a budget title. It too recieved impressive scores.

Does anyone think Sony's PSP line up will mimic its PS1&2 line up strategy. I mean it seems they bring all these games to market (like over 2000), and only 30% are worth a shit. Xbox has done the same thing on a lower scale (about 700). i don't know about Nintendo, but they seem to have a amaller library for the cube, but more of their games have quality gameplay. i know all systems have their flops, but it seems Sony would be more selective on the crap they release for the PSP considering it is their first handheld.
