New Sig & Avatar

I'm looking to update my sig and avatar, but I'm having trouble finding a good one. Are there any good sites where I can find some good material. I'm looking for video game related ones, specifically some good animated ones. Thanks for any help.

I've been sig-less and avatar-less for far too long. I think I'm going to make one after looking at those tutorials. Thanks.

Thanks for the tutorial. I have paintshop pro, I guess I have to get photoshop now though.
