This game is much rarer than the Halo 2 Limited Edition, in fact that ubisoft isn't even selling it anymore on there site, and everywhere else is out of stock or back ordered, so make sure and get yours ASAP. This will be a collectors, guaranteed!! In fact mine is already out and they didn't reserve me one, and they won't be getting any more, but he made some calls, since I threated to file a complaint because the employee screwed up. So make sure to pick yours up ASAP!!

Hmmm....
"Rarer than the Halo 2 Limited Edition" you say?
I can walk into Best Buy and pickup a copy of H2:LE right now.
I don't know if VERY RARE is the descriptor I would have chosen.
Can anyone actually confirm the "rareness" of this game?

I wouldn't say it's that rare since u can still order it online from eb games and a bunch of other stores. http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/255264.asp

Investing in a video game is just stupid. If you want to collect them, thats fine. If you like the look of the CE of games, thats fine too. Just don't try to play the video game market like a stock market. The value of almost any game will go down and trying to predict the select few games that actually become rare and increase in value is just foolish.

I just went by both my local Best Buy and EB Games B&M stores today at lunch, and they both had multiple copies of the PS2 limited edition port in stock. My Best Buy even had roughly 35 more PSP units sitting out in a metal cage unsold, so don't believe the hype.

I'm not referring to being a collector, but referring to the fact if those who want the LE since it has lots of extras, that I myself want.

My store only got enogh copies for preorder on the XB, and about 6 PS2 (with 3 preorders). Only received 1 PC version.
Shocked to say the least...a limited edition that's actually limited?
I dont think it'll be a "serious collector's item", but it will definitely be worth more than the original, non collector's edition in the future.
People who thought Spikeout Battle Street is going to be common were wrong. For the time being it is going for quite a bit on ebay.
