Ok,
Shaq-fu is a new word for me but its got me thinking last year when I went to the east coast Wicked was the word.
Its not just one person here its many, so I am not sure if its just this board using it or if I live under a rock.
So whats everyones words of their areas? These dont have to be words you actually use *gasp* just words that are common.
I mean I think it would be interesting to hear them.

I dont know, but in my town in context language we talk different. Common things are like
"I seen her goin there before" or "I hafta go see him"
It's just common talk for us teen folks.
Though people do like to swear a lot in my school also :P.
But people always say that's hot whenever it's not like (i just got my braces done and now my teeth itch so i lick them like this *licking gesture) teenieager from bham: "wow that's hot"

I think we shoud add a few more words to the filter, just to make it more interesting...
How about replacing b***h with E.T.?
(Is Wayne Brady going to have to choke a E.T.?)
Or s*** with Superman?
(That game is complete Superman!)

One thing I've learned:
"F'ing A!"==good thing on east coast, bad thing on west coast.
On the east coast it's used as a cheer when something good happens, like someone brings over a keg. On the west coast it's when something bad happens, like you hit yourself in the hand with a hammer.
"Hella"==common on the west coast, a brand of fog lights on the east coast.
"eh"==preceeds a sentance on the east coast, is the end of the sentance in Canada, is a sentance on the west coast
"radical"==used on the east coast by politicians to describe hippies, used on the west coast by hippies to describe the politicians that are using it to describe hippies. 20 years ago it was slang, before people realized that living in a sewer isn't cool. Guilty.
"storm"==used on the east coast to describe what covered the ground with 12' of snow. Used on the west coast to describe what water spotted your car.
"5.0 earthquake"==used on the east coast to describe what caused state wide panic and schools to be closed down for inspection. Used on the west coast between the lines "who knocked my PS2 over?" and "I didn't feel anything"

/\ Hey it works!!
The random word generator thing would be great. Or Cheapy could change one word a week or month and we could all try to guess what word he changed and what word he repalced it with.
Would be great fun eh?

This is sooo true! Only thing I would contest is the use of the word Hella. People from Southern California try to disassociate themselves from this word. They claim they never use it. Northern California people on the other hand, we use it ALL THE TIME.

Aww geez.. I also thought this was some sort of new term being used in the boards. I also feel like an ass thinking people actually used that as a new lingo on the boards.
I didn't know it filters since I never use the F word on the boards.

I'm always trying to slip one by. I'm not going to say what key that was as I don't think CheapyD would appreciate me telling everyone how to type out FUCΚ every chance they get. (now how'd I do that one?) The filters are there for a reason. And the reason: Rules are made to be broken but you can't make broken rules. Hear what I'm saying or heard what I said?
I'm sure the adventurous will be able to figure it out if they so desired.

It's only because South Park made fun of the use of "hella".

Hmmm, we use an assorment. But there hasn't really been any lately that come to mind. I do remember when we used to say "chump, chump" or "whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat". But we don't use those anymore.
