View Full Version : Phantasy Star Online ver 2 for DC $2.90 at TRU

I don't remember ever seeing this posted but I was at a TRU in Westland MI today on Wayne road and they have about a dozen left. Hopefully you may be able to find this at various TRU stores near you if they actually have any around anymore.

My TRU had it for 20 bucks in a bargain bin. I would have bought it if it wasn't so expensive.

you can still get online, Sega shut down it's servers but some guy found a way to set up his own. So now you can play ver 2 on line with out having to pay. The DC boards have info how to get on the guys server.

Which boards is that at? I loved PSO for the DC but didn't want to spend the money.

where can you find out about this user-developed server? i still have my old PSO v2 for the DC and I'd love to be able to play again.

I believe he meant the DC boards over at gamefaqs.com

I've heard of the guy using his own server, but never tried it myself.

My Tru has them too, but all the DC games are still 14.99-19.99 :(

SOB!!! ive been checking that TRU forever and NOW they do it! ARGH!

Also, the official Japanese and European servers are still up, I think. The Pal version has free online (no Hunter's License needed).

That's a great deal!

I have PSO on DC and PSO 1&2 on GCN and don't have a NTSC DC so I have to pass tough :p

Well, every DC game and N64 game is $2.90. Frank.y there isn't much left, but there might be something you wanted.

Sad thing is I went in a week ago to see if they would do this for me and they said no. I missed out on about 5 titles I needed. THanks for the heads up though.
