Well, that is Joe, at least when he wrestled in Japan around when the first game came out. I'd hope that's what he'd look like.

It didn't occur to me before, but now I'm going to think of Power Rangers...
EDIT: In relation to the topic.. I would think Joe be a midget man instead, but that comes close
