Not only have I kept it... but its spread... I've got sideburns and a goatee now. I'm very rugged.
When ever I say that word, I think of rugged like it was a verb. Like to rug someone you'd hit them with carpet or staple it to their back... "oh noes, I've been rugged"
As for the snowman humping... you gotta teach em early! er... no... that was my sisters first snowman. She was like 3 or so.

lol, hush all of you, I may be more broker now (not a word at all, I know) but I do know how to budget~ last year I went to E3 on a PT gamestop sales assistant paycheck (re: not a whole lot of $$ at all, and I was still going to school FT). This year I factored in saving enough for both the trip and my psp (because I feel it's a requirement for the flight...'travel expense' if you will ;) )
http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showpost.php?p=922086&postcount=16
there see? I spent about $160ish and saved a good bit over $100 with all the %'s off and 3rd free deals. Got some good stuff including the battle royal mangas, and didn't spend near as much on this sale as some other people *cough syb cough* have already admitted they have, so the question is, where does he get all his money?? ;)
Money? I have this little plastic card that I use. ;)

The only reason to go to a movie with someone (assuming your intent is actually watching the movie) is the post-movie discussion. However if everyone else has already seen it and is raving about it, you might as well see it alone. You can never get back that initial impression.

Yeah, a movie can be a good first date thing because then you have something to talk about afterwards. That and you don't have to worry about conversation through the entire date.
But if you don't have a potential date, or it's a little bit after the movie came out, who cares if you go by yourself?
The first movie I saw by myself was the Day After Tomorrow. But maybe I felt so dirty because the movie sucked.

Am I the only one that thinks that regualr non-diet soda just doens't work well with flavors, especially compared to diet sodas. I think it has to do with the fact that diet soda has no real taste to begin with, but take something like Coke with Lime or Vanilla Coke. Compared to their diet versions, the flavors just don't mix well at all. Where with the diet version, everything mixes together nicely.

I'm in agreement with you there, karsh.
Diet Coke w/Lime & Diet Coke w/Vanilla taste better than their non-flavored counterpart, and the non-diet versions of the flavored sodas just don't quite taste "right", like you said.

I can't stand diet soda, neutrasweet gives me swirly headaches like nothing else...and they have funny aftertastes...*bleeeh*...

I can't stand diet soda, neutrasweet gives me swirly headaches like nothing else...and they have funny aftertastes...*bleeeh*...
I like iced tea when the sugar goes in while it's hot as opposed to when you have to stir in like six packets and then it gets all crunchy at the bottom because it doesn't dissolve, hehehe...
I do have a new fascination with flavored soy milk though. That stuff is awesome!!
dcfox~ lemon in soda is yummy...:)
I was unfairly pre-disposed to Iced Tea. For forever, I only had Brisk or Nestea, instead of real Iced Tea. Now, whenever I have real iced tea, I just can't like it, cause I assosicate iced tea tasting like Brisk/Nestea. It's horrible. I wanna like real Iced Tea, but I'm screwed.

Lemon and lime cola are great. I can't wait to try pepsi lime when it comes out. If I had to rate the different flavors of cola it would go:
Lemon/lime
Regular
Vanilla
Pepsi Blue
Cherry

Me neither, though my experience is mostly in the herbal category and any exposure to iced was purely accidental.
I've never tried green tea and though I may be acting unfairly toward it I just can't trust anything tea related.

Cherry just above diet?!?! That's just wrong. I never had Pepsi Blue, but I can't believe it's better than cherry. By the way, has anyone tried Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper? I find it quite consumable

I also think there's a couple sodas that actually don't have a diet aftertaste. Granted, one group is cause it's a clear soda, but I seriously can't find a diet aftertaste in Sierra Mist/Sprite/7-Up. The other is root beer. The diet form of that doesn't seem to have an aftertaste to me either.

Well Sierra Mist/ Sprite and 7-up are already light in taste so diet wouldn't be that much of a difference from regular, especially with Sierra Mist.
Also never drink 7-up plus. Worst tasting soda ever.

Not sure now that I think about it, I've taken the ACS Inorganic Chemistry test, your advantage is that most of the people who've taken it haven't taken an organic class in a while to the questions shouldn't be super pointed, however rest assured some fraction of them will deal with material you never covered.

How do you not have letters on your keyboard? Did they wear off?
They had DDR in my student center two days ago. Ultramix and Ultramix 2. They had a couple crappy pads that moved around when I played, but I showed a couple people there how to do some more difficult songs. It was weird to have non-14 year olds talking to me while playing. I get hit on by 14 year old girls way too much.

Yes, that is definitely true. I had one girl around that age ask if she could be my stalker. I told her I already had too many but I'd add her to the waiting list. She then followed me around the mall from a distance the entire time I was there.

Yeah, I'm worried to come back to Spokane because of the "Curse of Spokane" I have heard so much about.
You move off to a different town, get a job, live your life. Then you come back to Spokane. It's cheaper to live here, has a small town feel...nice place to raise the kids.... Then you start to overlook the problems of the town and decide to move back.
It's almost like The Dionaea House (http://www.dionaea-house.com/default.htm)

And no, I have not. They both live in the Seattle area, which is about a 4-5 hour drive from here (although I have a friend who can do it in 3-3.5). Me with no car makes it difficult to get out there. They occasionally come out to Spokane but they both have a more passionate hate for the city than I ever will.
I'm sure I'll see them at E3, or some other convention that I may go to in the future. I think it would be interesting to meet them, get a quickly drawn piece from Mike, but I'm not as obsessed as some of the people they talk about ;)

I didn't need stitches for it, but I did get a wicked cut on my right palm. For some reason, there was a razor in the side panel of my dad's car one time, and I reached into the thing to get something. Unfortunately, I got a handful of razor instead. I still have a scar on my right palm to this day from it. That cut bled like there was no tomorrow though.

It's never a good thing to hear the doctor tell you cut your hand in just the right place.
To make a long story short, I was walking along the top tier of a bleacher, 2 of the 3 support screws gave way, as did the bleacher, and I fell from the top of it. Left hand hit the support post and cut my hand on the palm and along the base of the thumb.
According to the doctor, if the one on my palm was 1/4" to the left, I would've had nerve damage in my thumb, index finger and middle finger, 1/4" to the right, would've done the same to other two fingers. The doctor said I couldn't have picked a better spot if I planned it.
16 stitches for the one on my palm, 5 for the one on the base of my thumb.
Over 15 years ago, if memory serves.
