Here's the entertainment software listings from the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), Houston (HOU), Chicago (IL), Los Angeles/Orange County (LA), San Jose/Silicon Valley (SJ), and Washington state (WA) Fry's Ad(s). These prices are valid only for the dates listed in the subject line.

The items listed below are as they appear in the Fry's Ads. If an item is listed as "SJ only", for example, it could still be on sale at other locations (i.e. - Austin, Houston, Sacramento, San Diego, AZ, GA, IN, NV, OR), but it only appeared in the SJ ad. However, since these ads are not available online, I cannot confirm them.

If anyone knows of a website to view any further ads, please let me know.

Jade Empire LE is even cheaper in store then at their outpost.com... i should have waited.

Picked up Jade Empire LE at the Indy store for $37. They had both the LE and regular in stock still. They also had MC3: Dub Edition in stock already, but it was marked $49.99, so perhaps that deal isn't good at the Indy location or the signs have yet to be posted. I'll check back there again tomorrow and see if it's updated to be $37 as well.

THe Fry's ad here in DFW says they will have it Thursday by 4pm. The picture only shows the regular edition.

Picked up Jade Empire LE during my lunch break (even though they said they would get it at 4, they already had it out during noon). Gonna stop by CC tomorrow to get the strategy guide.

BTW, also got SMT DDS for $40. I thought the deal only lasted til yesterday but I guess it's still on.

I called the IL Fry's to see if they had Midnight Club 3 in yet (they did), because the ad in the Chicago Sun-Times said that it should be available by Thurs. at 4PM. So instead of tomorrow, I went there tonight to get my sweet racing game for 36.99+change.

And after reading here that the limited edition of Jade Empire was ALSO 36.99, I couldn't pass it up. I kind of decided that I wasn't going to purchase the game until it hit Greatest Hits status, but 36.99 is simply too cheap too pass up. Besides, by the time this game is reduced to 19.99 or so, I'll probably already have moved on to the Xbox 360, leaving my poor Xbox to choke on dust for the next few years. It kinda makes me sad, in a way... :cry:

And the tipping point of the decision to purchase this game was IGN's review score of 9.9. woah. High-rated games are a must-buy for me, even if I don't especially care for the genre (not a big RPG/strategy/MMORPG fan, but I have my moments).
