Walmart.com has them for $25.82. I think in-store is $30 or so.

If you wait for the next Kmart Blue Light/ 50% off sales to come by you might be able to score one for 14.99/15.99 with a Metroid Prime to boot. That's how I got my two.

Which CAG coupons work on preowned stuff?
CAG15/PPlay15 (not sure if PPlay15 still works, the former does for sure though), Edge Card, and Saver for free shipping to finish off the deal.

I have some Wavebirds left over from the K-Mart sale that I would be willing to sell for $25 shipped if anybody is interested. Just PM me. They're new and have not been opened. To Canada might be more.
Honestly, you might be able to get cheaper than that "sealed" on Ebay too. Have you checked there?

like $19.99 used at GS's, if you can find 'em (ymmv, depends on trade ins in your area). GI Card gets you 10% off, or look during a B2G1F or when you get an extra 10% (20% off total) coupon.
