First go out and get a pro duo card thats at least 256mb (i'd recommend 512). You need a usb cable to connect to your psp, there are 2 kinds, this cable is usually used for digital cameras. When you access the psp theres a folder for musicthat you can put your files in
To put dvds on it you need to download a couple programs. Id recommend you use (psp video 9) and (dvd decrypter) (both are free). Use the dvd decrypter to decrypt the dvd and then use psp video 9 to shrink down the video and move the video to the psp

Congrat... I recomend selling all the value package crap on ebay, and getting some real acc... 128, 256,512 or even 1 GB... and a good case with the system...

the excitement has worn off for me. If it weren't for Lumines, then I wouldn't have the PSP in my hands as often as my DS.

I kinda dont like NFS rivals......I wanna trade it away for ridge racer or THUG. WHat are your thoughts? Also it seems i can connect to play my PSP online is that weird? How much is the Dou card big enough to put a movie on?

I got tony hawk with mine, and now i remember why I havent bothered with any of the console versions since THPS3, It just gets tiring and some of the combos required can be downright ludicrous to try pulling off on the cramped PSP.
I'm definatly digging Lumines mroe than I expected. It's got the same addictive properties as tetris with better music... and ESPECIALLY if you have mild OCD like I do it'll hook ya for good for hours like any good puzzle game.
Metal Gear Acid definately getting a bum rap just because it's not a straight off action game, If you liked Advance Wars you'll probably like this too.

NFSUR sucks
Pretty much...
My recommendations:
Wipeout: Pure (cool game, played it on a friend's, great visuals, downloadable content, but its pretty hard)
Ridge Racer (awesome awesome game)
Lumines (a must)
THUG2 (if you haven't played the series in awhile and you know you enjoy it)
a 512 duo card, it'll hold about 3-3 1/2 hours of footage if you format it right.

can anyone tell me something , what is better a 250$ mp3 player or a psp, for music that is ? , i just want to know if you can do with a psp the same thing you can do with an mp3 player , and is it easy to pass the music on to the psp and the movies ?

i'm sure to actually get as much memory on the psp as a $250 mp3 player, you'd have to pay more than $250, seeing as you gotta pay a couple hundred for memory cards

lol...
Nice signature Alpha!
btw- PSPForums is gearing up soon for a Bleach giveaway. For those that do not know about the game..it's a Japanese import (yes playable on US with no mod) anime fighting game.
You can take a look at some screenshots here:

I got that game at launch, and the only thing nice about the game is the name...
Traded it in the next day and got $33 for it...
I can see this showing up in the bargain bin next yr for $5...

get Lumines... and if you need action pick up Twisted Metal: Head On (has online play), Ridge Racer (if you like cars), or Wipeout (awsome racer, with online content download and a hacked web browser).
