Nice Score on the Gamestop Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sale

Here's what I picked up today:

Gauntlet Dark Legacy (GCN) $24.99
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (non-GH, PS1) $19.99
Gitaroo Man (PS2) FREE (reg $19.99)

Used the 10% off card and got those 3 for about $43.

Went to another Gamestop and traded in Jade Empire LE, XIII, Catwoman, Enter the Matrix, Hot Wheels Velocity X, and Contra Shattered Soldier for $83 credit. Then bought:

Gauntlet Dark Legacy (GCN) $24.99
Frogger Beyond (XBox) $24.99
World of Outlaws Sprintcars (PS2) FREE (reg $17.99)

Used the discount card and paid about $46 in credit. Still $37 left over.

I didn't really want two Gauntlets, but the second one was in even better shape in the first so I couldn't pass it up. I was really looking for some nice PS1 games, but I've found that Gamestop's online store search feature isn't too reliable.

I had an extra Jade Empire from Gamerush when I needed a second game for the buy 1 get 1 50% off deal with Doom 3. Don't worry I've still got my sealed one that I've yet to play.

Gitaroo Man is complete but has a few very light scratches on the back of the disc. Oh well, I've been looking for this game for a looong time. The store I got it from was the only one within a 100 mile radius that had a copy!

NOTHING - The Gamestop @ Vierra has a horrid selection of used games. Plus, +50% of the used titles they have are missing sleeves and instructrions.

Yeah, I was searching around for another new release (but used game) in the ballpark of 45 to justify getting the best deal possible with the b2g1. Then I saw WotM for 25 used, and I was like FUCK THAT, I know what I'm getting for the third game! And best of all, it's completely mint...the case was sealed!
