I dont know about Sony cameras but I got a 4 meg Gateway at Geeks.com for $107 and it was new. It came w/a 32 MB card and case and a ton of other stuff.
Use the code DEALNEWS at checkout for a about a 20% discount.

I am also looking for a digital camera since the ones I currently own are like a freakin' brick. I am going to Korea this summer and I'd like something that is small, light, and has good battery life. Can anyone recommend a good model for under a $100?

haha, me too (looking for a camera not going to korea). sony preferably (proud parent of a PSP...*awww..so widdle memory sticks!* *sqeak!*)
there's a really handy review site I found strictly for sony cameras:
http://www.imaging-resource.com/MFR1.HTM?view=Sony_reviews
the one slightly awkward thing about this is it lists the MRP "at introduction", the cheapest of which is listed at $349...
out of the "novice" (re:not $600) cameras, they had reviews up for these ones (although if you read one review on each series you get the drift of it, the models seem to omly change slightly)

DSC-P93 (http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/P93/P93A.HTM)
DSC-P100 (http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/P100/P1A.HTM)
DCS-P200 (http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/P200/P200A.HTM)
DSC-W1 (http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/W1/W1A.HTM)
hmmm..I'll keep lookimg though, they have a price grabber (http://imaging-resource.pricegrabber.com/search_attrib.php/page_id=48/form_keyword=Sony/form_page_id=48/sortby=priceA) but the losest i see is still $140-150's
