Nothing interesting if you've been watching all season, it was made for new viewers to jump in. It reminded me of those X-Files recap specials they had about halfway through the series, which actually helped me get into it back then. They did indeed cover all the events from the pilot to the last aired episode.

2 strange things - I didn't notice any flashback scenes, I believe all the scenes shown were strictly from island events. Also, they added this bizarre and awful voice over narrator who felt completely inappropriate.

Good show. Can't wait until they wrap up the season. I'm hoping they actually reveal something of what's going on. You know, just a little somethin' somethin' for all of us who have watched the whole season but are still completely in the dark.
