Goblin Commander was $20 at the BB i was at today. These prices are SUPPOSED to be universal, but I think that some of the pricechanges get lost in the shuffle.

you have to get them scanned :) for example, i went and picked up dark cloud 2 at lunchtime. it was listed as $49.99, but when i bought the game at checkout, it scanned in at $9.99.

The one for XBox was $9.99 (I've purchased it for that price at BB). The PS2 may be $19.99 and that's where the confusion comes in.

I did see that post. I took some of it from there. Added some myself. Then asked others for help. Trying to get the biggest list going. As you note in the title it says "THE COMBINED". Thanks a lot! I got Resident Evil: Code Veronica X for GCN. I've been waiting for a drop for this game for awhile too. It came with a cool 1,499 rewards zone points too.

I wish I found out about Pokemon Channel earlier though. I guess I'll just go and pick that game up in the morrow. I really want it just for the e-cards though since I'm collecting e-cards right now. For $14.99 it's not bad I guess.

woo hoo! i scored big time (well for me at least, i know a LOT of you fellow CAGers buy like 10 games a day, lol) @ one of my best buys...the first one only had boktai (i got last copy)...but the second best buy was even better: dynasty tactics 2(i got one of the last 2 copies), arc the lad (i got last copy), true crime strat guide (3 left after i got 1), nfsu strat guide (5 left after i got one), and finally 2 socom 2 strat guides (got the last 2)...this was a good day for me...all that stuff for 20 bucks and like 15 cents...thanks for all you guys' help, couldn't have done it w/ out CAG!! Drakan: The Ancients' Gates is one of the absolute best games on the PS2. Don't pass on it simply because it's a low-profile title. It is an extremely well-designed and addictive adventure game.

Yeah the local Best Buy is perhaps the worst ever, which is odd considering it's only 4 months old. I had them scan RE code Verionca and it was a totally different price than on this list (like 10 or 20 more), this was Monday evening.
They are probably just behind.

The Best Buy in columbia MD had a couple of the titles available, but nothing great. No DT2, FF2, DC2, Sphinx, or Botkai. (I had them look it up in the system.) They did have Outlaw Volleyball (but who would buy it... 15 or so copies left.) Rogue Ops (plenty of copies) Mace Griffin (5 or so copies) and that was about it.

Heh, I picked up Outlaw Volleyball as well. It does kind of get old quick. But I had fun with it when 3 buddys came over.

After you play a dozen or so matches you basically get the game down cold and it really just feels like going through the motions in order to beat the CPU, basically it just gets too easy. Still, for $10 I'd say I got my money's worth.

It has a few funny lines, but most of them kind of fall flat :lol:

After you play a dozen or so matches you basically get the game down cold and it really just feels like going through the motions in order to beat the CPU, basically it just gets too easy. Still, for $10 I'd say I got my money's worth.

It has a few funny lines, but most of them kind of fall flat :lol:

I found it interesting that the announcer is one of the guys from The Daily Show. The same guy that was the rival news anchor in Bruce Almighty.

Yes on the GCC prices I would hope. We always say 'with GCC' to clarify.

On penny guides or cheap games, or anything you want really, I say never ask. Just take it to the register and have it scanned to buy. If the price is not what you want, tell them nevermind. If you ask them 'are these on clearnace?' or 'a penny?' they will usually say no, even if they really are. Sometimes the cashiers/employees don't know the deals as well as we do.
