Ive seen a few episodes of inuyasha its a pretty good series 7/10

Shaman King dunno, i have still yet to see it, but i heard its very good

8 is for godly anime
IE: akira, ninja scroll, excel saga, etc.. i dun even rate those

naruto is one of the only anime to break that case tho, it has a really good story line

gundam seed goes back to the roots of gundam, brings back alot of old gundam stuff

initial d fourth stage would own though..

oh yea, and do u know what .hack/sign is about? its a anime show about a MMORPG and how a kid cant log out and hes trying to resolve some inner conflict blah blah blah... im sure its more interesting if i d/l the subbed versions

No, Cartoon Network has gotten the rights to it and they're dubbing it. No new episodes, but I havn't seen a repeat of it yet.

intial d wasnt taht bad and in my opinion i have 2 argree with omega zero .hack got pretty boring i barely saw any fight scenes or anything but thats because i barely watch i get lost between all this gundam series all i kno is that the 1 with small gundam sucked that kid needs some better clothes and u see the otehr kid wearing a small shirt its in the future and they dress like its the 70s also and game with cards or toys like beyblades sucks i like kenshin and yu yu hak. where is inuyasha.

Outlaw Star is batter than a 6, its one of the few animes I can actually watch without getting bored.

Lupin was the only Anime I actually would stay up just to watch. I hate it when they take it off as it is much better than many of the other ones it is replaced with

I used to be a big Anime fun. Then I went to college and met some real life otaku and decided I wasn't committed enough to be that dorky. The whole experience (and the sub vs. dub debate) really turned me off on a lot of anime.

The only series I get into anymore are Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Love Hina, Yu Yu Hakusho, Tenchi, and my favorite series of all, Trigun. The rest of the anime universe has too many bad memories for me.

another epic, thats up to 5 DVDs now. It is wonderful, and immersive! My new favorite!!

As for Outlaw Star,...it is one of the smoothest sittings I've had. Every moment, except the end, was perfectly blended. I laughed my ass off, for most every episode!

Some other animes I loved, were,

Ninja Scroll, a given
Cat Soup, so weird, so short, so fun
Haibane Renmei, pretty good, slow though, good for girls
Trigun, funny, annoying art, expensive, worth it
The Guyver, I just love it!!, its so awesome, not enough-needs more
Argentosoma, pretty awesome, seems distant though, an EVA clone
The Animatrix, mind blowing!! Don't let the name deceive you, its a 10!

Full Metal Panic Fumoffu. I actually find this funnier than FLCL or Excel Saga (which started to wear on me over the later episodes). (NOt FLCL, which didn't have later episodes, I meant Excel. Ah screw it, I quit.)

I'm really enjoying Naruto, if ANBU/ Anime One will get back to releasing it.

I'm pretty new to the anime world myself, but have enjoyed all 3 series I've seen (maybe I'm not "discriminating" enough, or maybe I've made lucky picks):

Trigun--you can't go wrong with Trigun. I didn't enjoy it as much when it took a turn for the darker side, but it was still good.

Moldiver--first series I watched. First episode: what the hell is this? Second episode: hmmm, this isn't bad at all. Third episode: crap, they only made six of these?

The Sorcerer Hunters--I'm halfway through this one. It's light, funny, entertaining.

The exact same thing happened to me.. :/ I go to a technical college. You know, where all the kids that want to make video games go. I hardly play games or watch anime since I started college.. those guys make it a real turn off.

I think there are extremes for every hobby, if you let the real geeks turn you off of something you really love (or can potentially love) then you should really give a good look at yourself and think about why you are doing it. Just be yourself. If you like something, then like it. Say screw the world and do your own thing. People that start to dislike something just because of others are pretty silly IMO. I've seen the geeks down at Gamestop but I dont let it bother me. :D
