your post is contradictory of itself. if you can find it for 30 why are complaining about places selling it for 50?

It's probably mispriced, since every place I know of has it for at least 29.99

Seeing as how this is the PC games forum, I'm wondering how MS affects the price of the PC version...

The game dropped in price, SK is just bias. They dropped the price when it stopped selling so well. MS did it with Halo, but Sony did it with GTA3 and Vice City, and Nintendo is doing it with Wind Waker. Why would a company drop the price on a game if it's still selling well? It's bad business to do so.

BB: $30 - GGC = $25. That's how i picked mine up last week.
I agree that some game companies keep their prices too high on popular games, but that's probably just me talking out of my cheap ass.

Now that I think about it, there are several games that I'm waiting on a price drop for. C&C Generals mainly. I want to play it, but I'm not dropping $50 for the game and the expansion. Temple of Elemental Evil also counts (though I probably haven't looked hard enough for a deal on that).

LucasArts published this, so they get to decide when and if there will be a price drop.

What about GTA, Tribes, and the other games released for free download by their publishers?
That said...if KOTOR follows the path the other Lucasarts games do, we'll see it in bargain bins for $5 in a few years. :D
