I am seriously questioning the quality of the AVG antivirus program. It tells me that I have 2 trojans, but it can't fix the problem and there is no info in their online virus database. WTF?
Anyway the trojans detected by AVG are:
PSW.Bispy.A
PSW.Bispy.C
I googled these and turned up nothing, and I even downloaded 'trojan remover' and it didn't even detect them.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
EDIT: I think I fixed it. It was more of a spyware type thing so I guess that is why AVG wasn't properly dealing with it.

The virus is in my windows folder and highhackthis says it's only for browsers - besides I ran it and it didn't find anything.
Also ZA isn't a virus scanner.

PSWs are Password stealing trojans. Does AVG not have any info on their site about them? Does the program list what files are infected?

Let us know if you fix it.
This person seemed to be able to get rid of the A version, but I'd assume they're fairly close: http://www.faqfarm.com/Computer/Virus/20438
If you are running XP, you can try turning off the HD recovery utility, thereby erasing the files which would let you restore your pc to an earlier state. Sometimes, affected files are lodged in such a location and after thus purging them, you can then turn disk recovery back on.
