I brought a used Onimusha Blade Warriors from ebay and i have few problem with it.
-The auction ended on the 23rd and just received it today (the 2nd). The seller stated on the auction that he ship by Priority mail.

-the seller claimed "This game has been slightly used but is in perfect condition and has no scratches. It comes in the original box. " but all lies.
The box is a blockbuster's box and clearly he just inserted the Onimusha box cover on it. There is no manual for the game and the disc have some scratches on it.

Here is the actual link

What do you think i should do?

Let it go or not?

ask the seller for a refund. Since he didnt provide an original box and if scratches are really bad than he should refund it.

Was it shipped Priority, regardless of when? If not, that's pretty much a lie.
Perfect condition to me implies no scratches and including a manual; the manual thing could be argued, but certainly no scratches.
Original box--well, if he bought it from BB, then it could be the 'original' box for his purchase. Definitely not what I, or the average consumer, would think.
I'd try at least asking for a refund, if that didn't work, maybe a partial refund if the game is still playable.

That's flat out fraud. Original box means orignal box

I hate this. I'd email him and try to get a refund otherwise I'd wait until he leaves you positive feedback and then slap him with a negative...

I would slap him with a neg feedback too and then ask him for a damn refund. What a fraud. Even if he did ship Prio mail if he took that long to ship it the bastard needs to let you know. What an asshole.

Its a tough call on the shipping. Too many variables. Auction ending on a Saturday, so that leaves atleast 2 days until the seller can ship out the item. Your method of payment is another issue. Even if you paid via paypal on Saturday, he might have wanted to transfer the money to his account, which I believe takes atleast a business day, so that moves it to Tuesday, at the earliest, that doesn't include anything that may have come up for the seller. And if you didn't pay by paypal, the shipping is right on target.

But as to your question, atleast try to get a partial refund based on the condition of the game. Maybe if you're lucky, you will get it, if not go ahead and leave negative feedback.

That shipping time is a little long, but not terribly bad IMO. If he did ship it in a method other than Priority mail you'd have a right to complain, but unless he says will ship within 24/48/etc hours of payment you can't really say anything as long as he gets it out within a week of you paying IMO. When was it postmarked, BTW? Guy's a dumass to charge less than what Priority costs for shipping.. :dunce:

Dude didn't say it has the manual, but it was shady to not mention it DIDN'T have the manual. He was obviously trying to 'fool' his bidders. But again can't really say much about that. (But it's definitely on the shady side.)

The other two gripes are valid. If it wasn't the original box he shouldn't say that. And man I really try to avoid saying something like 'perfect no scratches' in my listings. Just asking for trouble with that type of stuff.

Guy only has 2 FB from buyers so he's pretty green as a seller. I think you could ask for a refund if that's what you want to do. Don't know if it would really be worth it as you'd have to pay to ship it back and he may not agree to refund your original shipping charge. So you'd get like $10 back out of this.
