ebgames.com - ordered used, got new XoD

last week i ordered broken sword and konola for gba, and they came today, much to my suprise, broken sword had a box!

so i furter investigated and it also had instructions, and all the paper work, and the game was even in the bag! i was pretty happy with this, since it was only 4.50 and i was expecting cart only =o)

i havent played it yet but ive been playin through klonoa and its such a nice platformer! reminds me alot of kirby without all the chaos

yea I know it. My only saving grace is I do not own a PS2. If I did I think my bank account would be hurting much more

I don't think I've made it more than a week or two when I say I'm not buying games for a set amount of time. That 19.99 Breakdown is gonna kill my 4 days of not buying games. I think my 2 months in basic training will help me out with that habit though.

ive been on a budget and have been doing good, fatal frame 2 tonight went over budget, but i sold my extra copy so that evened it out

klonoa seems REALLY short so consider that when buying it it have a bunch of levels but most can be dont in 3-5 mins

First EB sent out all those Time Crisis 3 games that were supposed to be used, but were new and now this?

I wonder if they ran out of used copies or if they are trying to make up for sending new games as used all the time (doubt it though)

When EB buys out the stock of other stores (which are either closing, or changing their business model), they sell that stock as used, even though it is brand new. That is what happened with the Time Crisis 3, though I don't know for sure that is what happened with Broken Sword.

Too bad that theory doesn't work out for me. I don't have a PS2 either but I still buy games for it.

Damned Best Buy!! Not only will I be spending lunch buying games (well... hopefully buying games, if none of you cheap bastards live in Montgomery that is), but there goes that drinking money for the weekend... looks like it'll be PS2 and Captain Morgans this weekend instead of the bar
