A friend of mine just came back from Japan and surprised me with the DS game Tendo Dokuta. I have no f'ng clue what to do though. It's awesome, I assume, but I can't figure out the first stupid patient. Any ideas where I can get help? Checked Gamefaqs, got nothing...

I practically do in every surgery. If the stupid meter wasn't so wonky, I think I might have gotten past the first chapter by now, just based on trial and error.
