I would say they represent a wide variety of styles, and I somehow doubt that "Penguin" clothing would be considered "black people clothes" by any stretch of the imagination.

No, they're urban clothes.
There's actually a great majority of WHITE people and hispanic people that wear them.

A lot of kids at night clubs would be wearing these. Kids you see at the hipster-esque clubs that play dub/electronic artists like Flying Lotus and Clark.

Believe it or not, but you would not get your ass kicked for wearing these clothes at school. In fact, In California this is a pretty sought-after look for the "edgier" crowd, or the kids that like hipster-esque music, especially electronic.

Having said that, yes, there are SOME BRANDS on there that are ideal for "black people" clothes. But not nearly everything is.
