Meh, I always thought Yoshi was gay... nevertheless he was my 3rd choice for Mario Party/Mario Kart, behind Toad, who was also behind the Monkey of course. I used to make up songs about that ape playing Mario Kart with friends. The Monkey was an excellent driver, shame they pulled him from the Mario Party line-up. Of course one theory is that in MP5&6 the Monkey is just returning all the stars that I won playing as him in MP1-4. Now, I can't say for sure, but I bet this pilot guy was storming the whitehouse to demand that Donkey Kong be made a playable character in Mario Party again.

Silly horse, then he would have flown to Kyoto... and crashed because he didn't have enough fuel to make it there...
