Some guy is selling the entire Resident Evil series on GameCube for $90.

Resident Evil Zero
Resident Evil
Resident Evil 2
Resident Evil 3
Resident Evil: Code Veronica
Resident Evil 4

All the games are mint (according to him).

Is the collection worth $90?

If I were you, I wouldn't pass up on this deal. Last week, I found RE 2 & 3 for $40 each. They're kinda hard to find in stores.

If they are in good/mint shape as described, and you like the games at all, then yeah, that is the best price you will ever get on them. Go for it.

Considering RE4 alone goes for around $40 used it is a hell of a good deal with the rarity of RE2/3/CV

Sorry guys but I turned down the guy's offer. I was willing to go $80 for the set since I already have the entire RE series on GC.

If you're talking about the OP, give him a break. He said he already had the entire collection. If I already had it, let someone else get in on a good deal.

If you're talking about the seller, selling for $90 is low, but he may have desperate for cash.

My RE collection cost me $155 new.

Aside, I've also heard the RE chainsaw controller is extremely impractical. ie, power glove.

I. Indigo GameCube system
II. extra micro con controller
III. Action replay (disc and card)
IV. Two Nintendo 1051 memory cards

Also included (all for the Nintendo GameCube):
1. Resident Evil Zero
2. Resident Evil
3. Resident Evil 2
4. Resident Evil 3: Nemesis
5. Resident Evil: Code Veronica
6. Resident Evil 4
7. Timesplitters 2
8. Star Wars Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader

All for $150 cash.

Therefore, I am short on cash. Otherwise, I would get myself another RE collection for the GameCube. I am not a collector but would love another RE set at an extremely attractive price. $90 was too much for me.

Also, I do not know the guy so I cannot verify the condition of the games unless I drive over to his place (about an hour drive)...so I was unsure about the purchase.

If anyone is interested, I can forward you his email address and maybe he would be willing to ship them to you.

For what price? Would you have bought them for $150. I don't think so. This is CAG not eBay.

You my friend are the idiot for your willingness to pay $100+ for 1 relatively new game (RE4) and a bunch of re-makes.
