I found a few of these MP3 players listed on Ebay:

The brand is "Entempo" - which I've never heared of. If it's real, I'd buy one just to use as a portable hard drive. Have any CAGs heard of or bought one of these before?

If its JUST for a portable HD, Id get a notebook drive and an enclosure. Its a little bigger but more bombproof and cheaper

I actually I'm looking for an MP3 player...but I never considered using a notebook drive as a portable hard drive. Sounds like a good idea, has anyone here done this? About how much would it cost to make one?

They sell the same MP3 player on Amazon.com for $100. Looks kind of crappy in my opinion.
