say We have a person with cable and thena dial up user. Cna they play together? Will one have the advantage over the other due to connection speed?

Is there a way to get around that if you are playign with honest people you know?

Yeah you both can play with each other, but do you have the bnet version? Otherwise you can't. I haven't played that in a long time so I don't know if there's a program that allows you to host the game.

And to answer your other question, nobody will have an advantage unless their comp really sucks. If one person lags(connection lag, not videogame lag), the other person will lag as well.

Ive never seen Lag isssues playing against Dial-Up People, with shitty computers(at least thats what they told me)

Thanks guys. We both have the Bnet version. For some reason he has got back into it. I am limited to Dial up at home (as that is all that is available) but he is on cable. I didnt even want to play if I had no chance.
