Has anyone played Finny the Fish?

I've seen some bad reviews for it, but I like seeing more personal feedback outside of a magazine. OPM - 40% PSM - 50% PSE2 - 70%

This game has quirky fun written all over it IMO, but that's just me.

If Best Buy has them in (which I doubt), I might pick it up today for $25 AC. Unless buying it from EB for $30 is worth it for the plush fish (which I also doubt).

I played a demo of it from OPM maybe a year ago when it was a Japanese game nobody had heard of or expected to come out in the States. It was kind of fun, obviously I have no idea if it holds up as a full game. My guess is something comparable to Mister Mosquito as far as depth.

yeah, I didn't play the demo, but I believe it was called "Uoh"

I played the demo, like many others, it was enjoyable. Gameplay was basically swim around and eat stuff while breaking free of fishing lines via jumping out of the water/attacking the line. It was fun. Kind reminds me of echo the dolphin (the 2d ones) turned 3d.

I've been interested in this game too. It only caught my attention because of the funny reveiws at ebgames. Since it's Natsume I doubt its bad; they usually publish quality fun games, even if they do look a bit lame.

Likely not worth it for the plush fish....although my son would probably love it (hmmmm...maybe it is worth it). When I first heard of it I was thinking $20 budget title, but unfortunately not. Oh well. I also doubt BB would carry this.

Hmmm... I watched the trailer is look very good. Also, the graphic is STUNNING (very nice) but not sure about game playing.....! :)
