HELP with the Print Scr key!

I use the Print Screen key a ton.. but lately it's been bringing up Winamp.. I thought that was weird, maybe some global hotkey program I downloaded or something, so I uninstalled Winamp and all the plugins.. now the 'printscr' key brings up Windows Media Player! It still takes a shot of the screen, but how can I make this stupid key stop launching programs?

//edit: Using the onscreen keyboard and clicking the print screen button doesn't launch it, so it's something to do with this freakin' key.. ahhh

Come on, this is annoying as hell! Now the arrow keys won't scroll left and right in MSPaint.. damn it!

Are you familiar with the term "pwned"?

I dunno what's wrong, but you might try another keyboard, if you have any other laying around the house.
