$19.99 was the retail price for XBox, I think.

Myst games drop in price real fast. I'll pick it up when it's $10. Which shouldn't be long now, especially with Myst V coming out this fall.

Agreed, but Myst 1 on PS1 is holding strong at my Rhino for $24.99 and it's complete.. is it supposed to be hard to find or something? I'm not talking about valuable, I just means in terms of locating a copy.

It was already mentioned, but I just thought I'd chip in that if you're thinking about buying the PC version, check your local Target reduced rack. I picked up the 'Limited Edition' version (which includes Myst 3 on a bonus disc - I think that's the only extra) for $10 just a couple of weeks ago.
Mini-review:
Its really not the best game. There are a lot of neat little details that create a believable background texture to the game world (which is what the Myst games are all about, really), but the gameplay itself is wanding around randomly through screen after slightly blurry screen looking for something, anything, to interact with. You're regularly presented with, say, a desk covered with clutter, and the ONLY thing you can interact with will be one single small item which you can only find by running your mouse back and forth and watching to see if it turns into a grabby-hand. Its supposedly a puzzle game, but there's barely any puzzles in it at all, and those that it does contain fall into 2 categories: pathetically simple, or mind-numbingly boring (as in translate 20 book titles written in a foreign alphabet with characters that all look almost the same (and the titles of the books themselves are written in chicken scratch handwritting) and sort them by the name of the family member who was born first, which you can find by reading the family tree, the names of which are 3 pixels high. GameFaqs, here I come.)
