Ok heres what you do....for the trade in 3 games get any used game for 5 bucks.

Go buy 3 of BB cheap games, 2.99 or 4.99, then go back later or to a different store and trade those in toward your 5 dollar game. Buy whatever game you want but preferably the new used games, 45 bucks. I dont see why you would buy a 45 game, trade it in and then repeat. Its pointless!

well, if you do this often enough they will ban you from trading.

the reason to do it is that you may want to build up credit to buy a new xbox or ps3, and if you keep cycling credit, you will build credit up pretty quick. but again, some stores will ban you if you do this.

thats how I got banned even though you aren't doing anything wrong
