I'm not sure if thius is the right forum for this, but here goes:

I bought a couple games on half.com and two weeks later the seller has cancelled the order (as they could not find the items), and is issuing me a refund.

The problem is that during those two weeks I lost my debit card. I cancelled it, and a new one is being sent to me, but when I bought the games I was obviously using the card I had at the time. I spent quite some time searching through half.com's help desk and couldn't find anything, so I must appeal to you CAGs. can anyone help me out?

what do you need help with ? If hes giving you a refund then your getting your money back to your bank. I think this is in the wrong forum .

EDIT: it dosent matter if you had switched debit card as long as it was taken from your bank acct it should be fine but you might wanna call your bank to make sure.

a better place to ask would be your credit card company.

Yep, I'd call your bank. Hopefully it won't be a big mess.
