new aim virus?

Anyone been getting this virus? It comes as a message from someone on ur buddy list and says like hey heres my new pic or this looks just like you and then has a link on it, once u click it it begins to send the message to everyone on your buddy list, over and over. Is there any way to get rid of this?

Ohh I got that but I closed it really fast. Plus, I was on my 56k AOL so ya I don't think I would have been affected anyways. ^_^
