ps2cover.com, i got the disks if you wanna trade dunno what you want to trade for it tho they're pretty cheap ($20 or so)

that looks soooooo tempting, ive been wanting something that would play imports on my ps2 but totally couldnt do a mod myself

You could probably handle it. Can you screw and unscrew philips head screws? Can you bend wires? That's really all it takes, ps2cover has some pretty good tutorials on it. Not that I'd buy one, though. As much as I could probably get through a few import titles, since I have a somewhat functional knowledge of Japanese, I prefer waiting for the domestic releases :D
