Maybe because there were more contestants ont eh Japanese version, and they liked to show the failures more than the successful ones...

I think everyone can't do the tasks on MXC. That's what makes it so funny.

yeah a couple of the logs were hard to spin, but man they took just as good as hit falling down as the Japanese contestants.

I might just be ignorant, but what is this "MXC" you're talking about? The acronym doesn't bring anything to mind...

MXC = Most Xtreme Elimination Challenge (aka the only reason besides WWE that Spike TV is worth a damn)

It doesn't matter who is busting their asses on that show. Kenny, Vic, and Guy make that show what it is.

The american "Almost Live" Special was just as good as the Japanese footage IMO. The two dudes that were swinging on the rope and tried to stick to the wall by doing a backflip almost broke their necks, lol. Thonly thing I didn't like was that the sinkers and floaters course was too short.

Um, I liked Major Babe too.

Doesn't TNN (Spike) also show the X-Files? Or is that WGN, or some other alphabet soup?

I don't care what anyone says, I liked Spike TV not only for the MXC, but also Striperella and Gary the Rat. I miss that wisecracking, cheese-loving, smart-mouthed Kelsey Grammar-voiced rat bastard lawyer.

i think the courses were set up a bit easier. also note the fact they all had headgear and mouthpeices...pussies.
