If you sell to a retail store they will give you about 1/3 to half of what it goes for used.
Sell it on ebay or whatever, never sell it to a retailer because they rip you off.

I usually sell my DVDs on ebay. You can also try selling your DVDs in trading forums, like the one here or www.dvdtalk.com.

Half.com. You can sell year-old copies of DVDs (in good condition, of course) for 15-20 depending on the features.

I just take them to FYE whenever I upgrade to a special edition or something.

ebay is the best.
Retailers will give you $1-6$ depending on the dvd. On ebay you will get close to retail sometimes. like if a dvd is selling for $25 retail, ebay you might get $16-$20.

While Ebay would be my suggesstion, Tradestop.com sometimes offers a better price than an average price you'd get from an auction. Worth a comparison if you're sending out a lot of DVDs.
