anyone know an easy way to get cash. 3 of my 11 people are out of weapons and i have no cash to buy more for them. I been using the tower (opens up after chapter 9) to build up my people and now im out of cash

So you're saying it's possible to get the game into a practically unwilling situation?
That may be reason enough for me to skip this one.

only way i can think is keep going into the tower over and over and over again hoping that monsters drop equipment or gold (between 10-200) and sell those items. Im down to my Last 200 gold coins and 2 of my fighters have no weapons.
Best person i using is a MAGE level 14 hits for like 20 two times so can almost kill anything. I had a few items i could of sold off on the 2nd floor of the tower until on of my stupid healers went and got their head bit off by a Big bug and i had to start the level over again

Hope that a monster appears on a town with an arena, and totally abuse the arena. ;)

anyone know where to get the badge to turn my Fire mage into something. I already got them level 20 before any upgrades

Use a guilding ring (or something like that).I think you should have one by chpater 9.

You should have gotten one at chapter 5 (the one where you get Natasha and Joshua) and another at chapter 10 from killing the boss (Pablo).
Edit: You only get to fight Pablo if you take Eirika's route. Did you check your inventory fully yet?

werid i never got one at chapter 5,... I did get one at the end of chapter 10 though. I turned them into a Sage

sages r good if they get really good spell books. I like thieves with killing edges even more though

You can steal Guiding Rings from some enemies. I have at least three in my inventory (at least one was stolen).
