Agreed...but we've got to remember that every state has had its stupid laws.
Here's a list of stupid laws from around the U.S. (http://homepages.nildram.co.uk/~jimella/laws01.htm)
Fortunately for me, Michigan isn't on that list...

I hate the fad too but because some goverment official hates it they shouldn't make a law out of that. There's people dressed much worse and more explicit than saggy pants.

LOL, I think that we should outlaw people from showing their g-strings or thongs at least, it's gross. There's this girl who's been in my classes for the past two years whose thong used to show all the time.... She earned the nickname "Thong Girl" by my friends, and even though she doesn't do that anymore, we still call her Thong Girl. Not to her face, though. Now, don't take me thinking of outlawing it seriously; that's a stupid idea, but seeing someone's thong is annoying and should not be viewed by anyone. Still, there is no need for a law about it; we'll just know that that person is a ho, and I think that's right enough punishment.

All I have to say is...look at my location
My teacher told me these at school.
Some of them are hilarious.
From that dumblaws.com website, Chico, CA has the following law:
"Detonating a nuclear device within the city limits results in a $500 fine. "
LMAO

It is perfectly legal to beat your wife on the court house steps on Sundays.
A permit must be obtained to fire a missle.
When approaching a four way or blind intersection in a non-horse driven vehicle you must stop 100 ft from the intersection and discharge a firearm into the air to warn horse traffic.
A person must be eighteen years old to play a pinball machine.
- That's some funny stuff.

In Texas it is legal to commit a homicide as long as you tell the person when, and how you are going to kill them.
