I don't know, but there are legal applications to the HD loader. No load times = a plus.

OK, seriously. How can you have been here for nearly 2 years and not know that that's a no-no?

Yes, from doing a little searching, it appears that it is compatible without any modes enabled. Some reports on possible lockups, but they might not have been b/c it is running from the hard drive.

As far as discussions about which games are compatible with HDLoader, I don't think they have ever been a "no-no." HDLoader can be used for legitimate reasons (which I do) and for copying games. The same can be said for DVD burners, VCRs, etc.

Anytime I buy a game, I always check to see if it is compatible with HDLoader or not. I'll still buy it if it isn't, but it is a definite bonus if it is. Playing MGS3 or GTA SA is a different experience on HDLoader. The Codec lag on MGS3? Nonexistent. Load times when going into interiors in GTA?. None.

you know there are forums that focus on HDloader.... Again things like flash cart and mod chip have legal use, but there are better place to talk about them.
