Playonline Viewer HELP!

What's the deal? I click playonline viewer and it just gives me a black screen, reads the HDD for a second and returns to the normal browser... anybody know what's wrong?

Also, I want to use playonline on my new PS2, but since I installed it on my old machine, I think the MAC address is not matching up and preventing me from using the software. Anybody have any info?

I believe that you have to reformat the HDD for the new PS2, which is what I think I had to do when I got a new PS2. Then you'd have to reinstall the FFXI software to get that working as well.
