I work at GameCrazy and I noticed a few days ago that there was a new item entered in our POS computer "CB-LEGEND OF ZELDA - TWICE" with a 59.99 price point. I was very curious about what this was, and nobody knew, until today, I figured it out.
Legend of Zelda - Twi (CE) =
Legend of Zelda - Twilight Princess (Collector's Edition)
which would make sense having the 59.99 price. Has any news been revealed about this? I pre-ordered the "twice" version today. Keep an eye out for an announcement of a collectors edition, cause I think it's very possible. We never get actual inventory items in our system unless corporate has heard something.

I remember Reggie touching on it briefly in an interview a couple months back. He didn't give any details, just mentioned there would be one...

It probably just comes with a letter or something apologizing in advance for Nintendo blowing it with the Revolution because they refused to step up to the competition with HD support.

It's calmed down for the most part, but I still occasionally catch people talking about it.

Didn't somebody post about the nintendo store offering a t-shirt if you preorder the game there? Maybe that's it?

Nintendo nothing less than confirmed a Collector's Edition months ago. What exactly it is, however, is still entirely a mystery.

It tooks you a few days to figure out what (CE) and a $10 increase meant, lol. Sorry, that just seemed pretty funny considering every other game has had a 'CE' edition lately...anways, hopefully its extra characters/items

I'll make love to a stranger if Nintendo got the idea for the Wind Waker remake from EGM and released it as the CE.

Well, it was listed as CB-LEGEND OF ZELDA - TWICE. You're telling me you immeadiately recognized that as being Collector's Edition?

That'd be awesome if it came in a Halo 2-esque metal case, but only its gold.
That would be worth the $10 right there.

There's no way the game itself will be different. The "Collector's" element will likely be special packaging, and things like that. But the game will be the same, no matter when you buy it.

Yeah, but if it comes with a bonus disc, let's not use the blasted stacker case. Because I hardly played Halo 2 and just left the discs in the case, the game disc developed a scratch ring (probably from the raised label of the bonus disc), leaving the disc damaged even after several GameDR treatments.
Good thing I didn't like it in the first place. I took it as a sign that I was right not to play it.

I hope mine doesn't have that...

as somebody else said, in the POS it was legend of zelda-twice, spelled exactly like that. It doesn't make much sense for them to call the collector's edition "twice"
and why does there have to be so much rampant Nintendo bashing? if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.. attention whores.
Maybe they'll have a "collectors' edition" that allows for a second run-through of the game, with harder dungeons, etc, like the second quest in the original? That's the only reason I could think of it being called "TWICE"... let's start a rumor.

What...?
Legend of Zelda: *TWI*light princess *C*ollector's *E*dition
That's where the TWICE comes from.

That should be included in the game as regular feature, not as a pay more for the same game only harder feature.
