I found some very good deals on baysoftgames.com but they seem too good to be true. Does anyone know if the site is any good? Nascar thunder 2004 for 9.99 seems a bit odd to me.

I made an order to Baysoftgames once. It was about $100 or so. I received a confirmation email. Then I never heard from them again. My card didn't get charged but I never received the items or an email about cancelling my order.

From my experience, I'd have to say no to them. I still receive a lot of spam from them, though.

I ordered from them about 2 years ago.
They charge your card once you place the order so if items are out of stock, you get billed anyway.

I ordered 6 items, 5 were shipped in a huge box that was way to big with some broken styrofoam as padding which wasn't that good.

The item I ordered that was backordered they said was discontiuned but it was still available for sale on the website for months after I placed the order.

I was charged for all the items even though I didn't get the last item.

I e-mailed them and asked for a credit on my credit card. They did issue it but I don't think I would order from them again.

Some of their prices are outragreously high but some are extremely low. I am assuming, from what everyone is saying, that noone has had a good transaction from this site?

my brother won an auction from them and i paid for him, the shipping was high but he got his item in a little over a week

they are like buyrite except they dont scam you

they are a small independent that has been around for years...the problem with them is the technology they use is rather small mom-and-pop stuff...if they redid their site for better ease of use and actually put effort into it then I am sure they would be a better choice but as it stands and as you can see from the comments here...you are taking a risk

I was very much like baysoftgames about 2 years ago but I made a decision to correct all the problems I was having with my online store and start to really revamp it...now its getting to be a legit online player and I do eveything I can to keep my site in high regard

I really dont think baysoft is a bad place...just a little to small to be effective

My personal experience: I've made a couple small orders (mostly cheap discounted cables) from BaySoftGames in the past and both were filled promptly and received satisfactorily.
