No, it used to be as long as you had 1 used item, the whole order got free shipping

For what it's worth, I'm also confirming it... SAVER did not work with either PPLAY15 or CAG15 for me. I put in a random used GBC cart and was unable to combine the two...

That certainly wasn't true. That's the main reason people would add $.99 used PS1 games to their order, so that they could get free shipping on new games as well.

Man, this is horrible... I tried it with a used gamecube game and it seems like you can only combine SAVER with the EDGE card. Try to put CAG15 or PPLAY15 and you get the error message.

That's odd I just used a saver+cag15 combo last night (really late about 3 a.m.) seemed to work fine. Shame if they took it out I was saving quite a bit on my shipping.

If you placing a big order and getting the 26% off. I guess 2 bucks for shipping is not that bad. I have noticed a big trend in a lot of places getting rid of free shipping. next is DDD I truly hope not though.

You also have to take into consideration that EBGames charges sales tax. They never used to.

They probably noticed that a ton of SAVER orders started getting shipped UPS and Fedex two day due to people adding the hardware... I guess this is their way of stopping it?

It worked for me this morning so i'm surprised at this thread starting yesterday. Has anyone else been successful in using it today? The way I look at it, shipping is normally $2, even if you buy a dollar game and get it for 85 cents plus tax, your only saving a dollar in the end, so don't everyone get there thong in a bunch. Besides I always end up buying a game that's two dollars anyway and usually I play it once and it takes up space so I won't miss it.

EB is a great service, but the sales tax kills the business. I am in TN with a .925% sales tax, and SAVER was the only thing to keep me going. Sure 2.00 may seem like nothing, but if I am buying 1 game for 9.99 or less, $2.00 is a TON! I will have to hold off and see what happens. Gamestop sucks and if this is the beginning of a marger, then I don't know where I will go!

It works, just not every time you try for some reason. I got all the codes to stack on my third order attempt on one used NES cart. The codes worked in this order:

PPlay15 (CAG15 may have worked as welll)
Saver
Edge card #

On my first attempt I tried Saver, then CAG15 and it said I could not use the codes together. My second attempt I tried Saver, PPlay15, then edge. I was able to put all the codes in, but when I hit proceed a box popped saying my order was not approved by the manager. My third attempt is above and it went through.
