PSX CD Hub broke, any ideas how to fix?

The CD hub (Nub that cd snaps onto in system) broke.
Laser Hub Spindle (I guess it's called)

Any idea's on a replacement?
(cheap of course)

Has anyone tried replacing? and if so, did you buy replacement, or pilfer from another device?

Hope somebody can help.

Do you mean PSX as in PSone or did you import the PSX from Japan that has the HD, TIVO functionality and all kinds of other stuff?

If you mean the PSone go buy a used one at EB or Gamestop for $20. If you mean the PSX... dude, you're not going to get that fixed cheap if at all in this country.
