Yes, I need a maid. Perhaps a little Russian woman to tidy up around here. What do you guys think about my collection?

All but the last pile. How many have I finished? Oh, I'd say 5-7%

I've been meaning to watch them. I always buy things on sale when they first come out. I think I got the trilogy for $24. I knew it wouldn't be cheaper for a long time (ago)...

Solid collection. Too cramped though and it doesn't look good. And that tower on the speaker is bound to fall sometime. ;)

How many sealed games do you have, by my last count I have over 30... it's horrible, I'm actually trying to play some of them though... I just... don't

8/10 - Like the games, but it's horribly organized. Spend a weekend and build a set of shelves or something.
Your social life would be something like a 2/10 based on that collection.

You need to get Katamari Damancy, unless I didn't see it in my scan of your gimormous collection.

6th game down in the first pic. It's hard to see with the flash, but the color scheme is evident.
I love that game.

Ahhhh, I see. Oh and about your space problem, try stealing your neighbors' apartment(s). That should do the trick

I really dont see how you could keep games in mint condition with everything just piled everywhere. I mean in that first picture there is shit scattered all over the floor....

way too cramped and get that Vacuum away from those games. Plus you shouldn't really keep the consoles so close together with games all over them, those things do tend over heat.

Nice collection... now get your ass to an IKEA and get a better way to store it all going, OK?

Play Gungrave, you'll be able to beat it and put it away in less than 5 hours. It's quick and fun, and you can easily take it out of your non-played pile.

Go for broke and buy or build yourself some serious shelving units. Your games will be better protected and organized this way. Having piles of stuff everything doesn't help you in any way.

Agreed. Ikea, office max....something to help with the storage.

Anyone saying that has far too few games.
I'd rather spend that time actually playing a game.

I have a decent sized collection and it really doesn't take too much time. I am not the most organized person most of the time but I find it easier to keep my games in order.

I have a decent sized collection and it really doesn't take too much time. I am not the most organized person most of the time but I find it easier to keep my games in order.
For some people that may make sense, however, I store all of my games in cabinets, totes, and containers... in such a scenario, it makes more sense to have more often played games in the front facings, or tops of the containers, rather than having to constantly dig and sift to find a title you'll play all of the time.
I'm not saying order is a bad thing... I'd never find anything if I didn't have my stuff ordered. I just don't think alphabetical order is the best way to do that.
However, until you have to find places for around a 1000+ titles, it's probably rather moot.

That's on the Hard Drive...
About alphabetizing...I don't like the way it looks. Sure, I don't like the way it looks now, but I'll be moving in a few weeks.
I like when all the EA Sports games with their white bindings are all together, and all the Tom Clancy games, with their grey bindings are all together. I don't like the 'look' of alphabetized games.

I suppose playing habit and where you store them make a difference. I use 4 foot tall wooden DVD/game shelves for most of my stuff. My GBA and Saturn stuff I keep in a drawer. It is harder to organize in those smaller spaces sometimes.
